Tourism Outlets

The spread of outlets depends on the nature and profile of each area but typically includes Tourist Information Centres, attractions, hotels, self catering agencies, cafes, restaurants, pubs, libraries, garden centres, leisure facilities, Youth Hostels, guest houses, and caravan and camping sites

High Footfall Sites

Typically include supermarkets, stations, large hotels, attractions and venues, pubs and leisure facilities.

Tourist Information Centres

We have an established system of supply to Tourist Information Centres who use our stock sheet to order in supplies. All of our client's literature is automatically made available to TICs nationwide. We also offer a voucher copy service on a regional or national level.

Bespoke and Solus

You need to get your leaflet into every cinema in the North East, You want to blitz a geographic area with leaflets and posters for your event, you might want to target secondary school teachers - whatever you need to do we can help you. We have access to databases for just about everything and can use these as the basis for a distribution campaign.

Hand-to-hand

We deploy uniformed staff in busy public places, typically shopping centres, stations or events to get your message out en-masse to the public. Ad impact with a visually exciting back drop such as our ad scooters, banners or display stands.

Delivery frequencies

Tourist Information centres are serviced every month and by request.
Volume outlets are serviced weekly.
Top 120 sites serviced every two weeks.
Motorway outlets serviced twice weekly in season.
Main outlets are serviced on a five week rotation throughout the year.
Smaller bed and breakfast outlets are serviced once per year by merchandisers then through deliveries resulting from e-mailed order forms.

Merchandising and reporting

Once a client's leaflet is established in our racks, our merchandisers top up slots and record the quantity required to do so. This level of detail is unique in leaflet distribution and provides you the customer, with a detailed picture of leaflet pick up.

Reports are provided three times per year and by request. Each report contains a 'management' section with an overview and a more detailed list, showing each establishment visited and quantities of print left on each occasion. Our merchandisers engage with host establishments every time that they visit. As part of this process we can provide them with complimentary tickets or bulletins on your behalf.

Dispensers and racking

A-ha! racks are prominently situated in the outlets that we service. We have a mixture of floor standing dispensers, counter standing dispensers and custom made wall mounted racks. The variety and quality of A-ha! dispensers and racks mean that our customers enjoy excellent position and profile in the greatest number of establishments.
